Normally our meetings are on every third Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Occasionally we do meet a different week, please check the upcoming meetings to check actual time and meeting place. Our meeting place is at the St. Athanasius Church, 300 Haverhill Street, Reading, Mass. The Parish Center is next to the church with lots of level parking and we meet on the first floor.
Members should plan to bring their own lunch/snacks and are welcome to bring something to share with the group, should they choose. We use the “Alphabet Method” for refreshments. Based on the first letter of your last name, you should plan to bring a snack when requested. If you can’t make a meeting or you forget to bring something, just bring a snack to the next meeting you attend.
Remember to bring your completed projects for Show and Tell and see if you can bring something for the special invitation theme for that month.
Also read about this year’s challenge project. And, don’t forget to “Bring a Mug to Save a Rug”.
To minimize cleanup, we ask that you be considerate by removing leftover food you bring and picking up your rug scraps. Just a reminder to everyone: we need to straighten up, sweep and take out the trash at the end of each meeting. If people can pitch in, that really helps!
