As Mayflower members, we are fortunate to belong to ATHA Region I and the rich variety of resources and activities it provides access to across New England. Some of these include the week-long Region I South and North rug hooking workshops held each year in April and October and the Region I Hook-In that takes place in April.

ATHA Region 1 School North Freeport, ME Oct 26-29,2026
This is a new location for our annual rug hooking school! Teachers are Lisanne Miller, Vivily Powers, Maureen Sugar and Janet Connor. The registration form is contained in the ATHA email sent on January 25 from ATHA Region 1 and included in February newsletter
Downeast Hook-in, Hermon (near Bangor), ME Oct 31-Nov 1,

Uncommon Rug Hooking Retreat, Plymouth, NH Nov 2-4, 2026

Virtual Rug Show
The Green Mountain Rug Hooking Guild (GMRHG) has completed the development of their virtual rug hooking show. Most of the rugs were exhibited at the GMRHG show in November, 2022, but there are some additions. Enjoy!
