Here are some upcoming events and information from outside Mayflower of interest to rug hookers.

As Mayflower members, we are fortunate to belong to ATHA Region I and the rich variety of resources and activities it provides access to across New England. Some of these include the week-long Region I South and North rug hooking workshops held each year in April and October and the Region I Hook-In that takes place in April.

Teachers: Laura Kenyon, Betty McClentic, Kathy Spellacy and Caroline Twigg. The registration form is contained in the ATHA email sent on June 27 from ATHA Region 1.
Bedford Hook-in (formerly the Westford hook-in) April 5, 2025

Spring has Sprung Hook-in and Workshops, Bangor, ME April 25-27, 2025
One-day workshops are scheduled on Friday April 25 and hook-in on Saturday and Sunday. Check out website for details and registration information.

Save the date! If you attended the event last year, you should have received an email invitation. If not, the event will be opened to others in January.

Virtual Rug Show
The Green Mountain Rug Hooking Guild (GMRHG) has completed the development of their virtual rug hooking show. Most of the rugs were exhibited at the GMRHG show in November, 2022, but there are some additions. Enjoy!
